3. Eligibility
The App is intended for use by individuals acting on behalf of organizations that use Slack.
Technical requirements
To use the App, the organization and its users must have:
- access to a valid Slack workspace and Slack account;
- an internet connection;
- a current version of the Slack application or a web browser supported by Slack; and
- any permissions required by Slack or the Customer to install, authorise or use the App.

- you are authorized to use Slack within your organization
- you have the authority to install or use Slack integrations where required
- your use of the App complies with applicable laws and your organization’s internal policies.
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

The App may require installation or authorization by a Slack workspace administrator.
The organization administering the Slack workspace is responsible for:
- deciding whether the App may be installed
- managing user access to the App
- ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.
The Company does not control how organizations manage access to Slack workspaces or how users interact within those environments.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- payment information will be processed by Stripe

The Company does not claim ownership of feedback messages or other user-generated content transmitted through the App.
The Company processes such data only to the extent necessary to provide the functionality of the App. Where anonymous feedback is selected, the sender’s identity is not disclosed to the recipient. The sender’s Slack user identifier is retained as part of the feedback metadata.
9. Data Processing
Use of the App involves the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on the context, the Company may act as either a data controller or a data processor.
When processing data within a Slack workspace, the Company acts as a data processor on behalf of the organization administering that workspace.
The App processes Slack data only to the extent necessary to provide its functionality.
Feedback messages are not stored in the Company’s application database. They are processed in encrypted form through a task queue for delivery and deleted after delivery, with residual queue copies deleted within 24 hours. Delivered messages remain within the applicable Slack workspace and are subject to the organisation’s Slack settings and retention policies.
The App does not access Slack message history.
Where the Company acts as a data processor, the processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement available at https://feedbecky.io/dpa, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated into them by reference. By accepting these Terms, the organization administering the Slack workspace also accepts the Data Processing Agreement.
